 Emotional well-being is a condition of mental prosperity that empowers individuals to adapt to unpleasant circumstances throughout everyday life, understand their true capacity, prevail in school and work, and add to society.Mentalhealth is a fundamental human right. It is also critical for personal, social and socio-economic development.


Mental health is not limited to the absence of mental disorders. It represents a continuum individual to each individual, within which the individual faces a range of factors of varying complexity and experiences varying levels of stress, leading to very different potential social and clinical consequences for each individual.

Mental health is a state of mental well-being, full psychological activity of a person, expressed in a cheerful mood, good health, and activity. The basis of mental health is complete mental development at all stages of a person’s life cycle, a high level of development of higher mental functions (perception, memory, thinking, imagination, etc.).



Disturbances in the development of a person’s mental abilities interfere with the satisfaction of his needs for cognition, activity, and communication, because inhibit human interaction with the surrounding world of people, culture, nature and thereby provoke a deprivation situation.

Normal mental health is understood as the harmonious development of the psyche, corresponding to the age, the age norm of a given person. A favorable functional state is considered as a complex of characteristics and functions that ensure the effective performance by a person of the tasks facing him in various spheres of life. 

High mental performance is one of the main indicators of mental health and an important indicator of the favorable functional state of the body as a whole.
